Intended Parent(s) RequirementsTo become parents through Creation Surrogacy & Egg Donation, intended parents generally need to meet the following requirements: Age: Typically, intended parents should be of an age where they are ready and able to undertake parenthood, often between 21 and 55 years old. Viable Embryos: Have readily available embryos that are considered viable for implantation, often from previous IVF procedures or through donor egg programs. Legal and Financial Stability: Demonstrate financial stability to cover surrogacy costs and legal expenses, and ensure they can manage the financial responsibilities involved. Emotional and Psychological Stability: Exhibit emotional readiness and psychological stability to handle the complexities and potential challenges of the surrogacy process. Desire for Relationship: Be open to and willing to develop a respectful and communicative relationship with the surrogate throughout the journey. English Proficiency: Have proficiency in English to effectively communicate and understand all aspects of the surrogacy process and documentation. Background Check: Be willing to undergo a background check as part of the screening process to ensure safety and suitability for the surrogacy arrangement. Location: Intended parents can be located anywhere in the world but must be comfortable with the surrogate residing and completing the surrogacy journey in California.

Extensive Background Check: A thorough background check is conducted, including verification of the driver’s license, employment status, and income to ensure a secure and reliable candidate. Review of Medical Records: Medical records are reviewed by industry-leading medical professionals to confirm the surrogate’s health status and ensure she meets the necessary medical criteria for pregnancy. Social Evaluation: An evaluation of the surrogate’s living environment to ensure it is safe and suitable for carrying a child, including assessing household conditions and support systems. In-Depth Interview: Conducted with the surrogate and, if applicable, her spouse to understand their views, desires, values, and passion for surrogacy, ensuring alignment with the surrogacy journey.
